Convenient Will Call Available

Plant orders are generally available for customer pickup within 24 business hours of request. More time may be required depending on the size and type of order, and the time of year. We support a will call window of Monday through Friday between 9am and 4pm. However, special arrangements can be made outside of those hours. Please inquire if you have a unique circumstance.

There is no minimum for customer pickup. Please contact us as soon as possible should you be delayed in picking up your order. Cancellations are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Delivery Options to Your Location

Direct Delivery
We offer direct delivery service across Oregon, SW Washington, and parts of Northern California. Pricing and availability will depend on location, load size, and time of year. When possible, we seek to combine loads in a similar area to split the overall freight cost to save customers money.

Our driver is instructed to deliver plant material only as far as they can safely deliver the truck and trailer, and to make their best judgement about whether or not the delivery can be made. The driver will provide access to the trailer and unsecure the load for access. Plants are to be unloaded by the customer at ground level, as our trailer is not made for docks. We do not provide a forklift or other machinery to assist unloading.

Once plants are offloaded a signature is required to confirm delivery, quantities, and conditions. Customers are required to provide receiving location details and constraints in advance. LCN will not be responsible for additional costs due to location/constraint details not previously articulated by the customer.

Third-Party Delivery
We use trusted third-party carriers for all other western customers. We service locations from California to British Columbia, Canada. LCN will provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA). Note that these are only estimates and LCN will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by the receiver for orders that are not delivered within the ETA window.

Customers are welcome to coordinate their own third-party freight carriers. We are happy to refer customers to carriers. Our nursery can support tractor-trailer haulers, but we will need to be able to communicate directly with carriers to coordinate logistics. In some cases, we may require customers to be responsible for their own delivery arrangements.
